Shipping policy

Notice to US/international customers:

Understand once we hand off your order to US Postal service we no longer have control over how your package is managed. Loss, theft, or damage to your order that is not a result of negligence or quality control of Senpai Fi is not covered/eligible for returns and refunds. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep tabs of the status of your order’s tracking number in a timely manner and to correctly input the correct shipping address in the proper format. Orders with incorrect/incomplete  shipping address will not be shipped. Cost of shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE. Any inquiries about loss damage or theft of your order should be referred to your country’s local postal/courier service. By placing your order you are agreeing to this policy.
